For what purposes do we process your personal data?
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), and with all applicable national legislation, Aire Barcelona hereby informs you that it processes the personal data you provide for the following purposes:
- To manage customer relationships, including requesting and following up appointments.
- To send marketing communications and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- To provide data to public bodies and authorities (administrative or judicial) whenever required by law.

How long do we keep your data?
Unless you request deletion, your data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship or for as long as required by law.

What constitutes a legitimate interest to process your personal data?
The legal grounds for processing your personal data for each of the purposes (1, 2 and 3) stated in the section above (Purposes) are as follows:
- Purpose 1: Performance of a contract with Aire Barcelona with regard to purchasing products and managing appointments.
- Purpose 2: Giving of express consent to Aire Barcelona when submitting your personal data.
- Purpose 3: Compliance with the legal obligations applicable to Aire Barcelona.

Who will receive your personal data?
Your personal data will only be shared with third parties whose involvement is necessary for proper provision of the service (transport companies, financial institutions, etc.).

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data and how can you exercise them?
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not Aire Barcelona is processing personal data concerning you.

Under certain circumstances, you can request restriction of processing of your data, in which case they will only be held for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
Under certain circumstances, and for reasons related to your personal situation, you may object to the processing of your personal data. In these cases, Aire Barcelona will not process your data unless there is a compelling legitimate interest or in the exercise or defence of legal claims.
You may also exercise your right to data portability or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
